- You haven’t been convicted of, or pled no contest to, a felony, a sex crime, or any violent crime, unless granted clemency for a non-violent crime and we’ve deemed you not a threat to other users.
- You aren’t required to register as a sex offender with any registry.
- You have only one account with our Services.
- Unless given our written permission, you haven’t been previously removed from our Services or any affiliate services.

a. Auto-Renewal: By signing up for a subscription with Wine Country Dates, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless and until you cancel it. You will be billed the subscription fee for the next period unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current period.
b. Cancellation: If you do not wish for your subscription to renew automatically, it’s your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our customer service. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of that period.

Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, including the determination of the scope or applicability of these terms to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Napa, California, before one arbitrator. Venue: In the event that the arbitration provision above is found not to apply to you or your claim, you and Wine Country Dates agree that any judicial proceedings will be brought in, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of, the state and federal courts located in Napa, California.
