How to get the Confirmed Status?

To earn a “Confirmed” status, users must complete our verification process:

1. **Upload a clear, recognizable photo** of yourself.
2. **Verify your email address** by clicking the link sent to your registered email after sign-up.
3. **Complete the ID verification process.** Follow the on-screen instructions to submit the necessary documents including selfie and video shots from the in-app camera.

Once the verification process is complete and successful, your profile will be granted the “Confirmed” status, helping you gain trust within the community.

How do I report abuse?

Your safety is our priority. If you encounter abusive or suspicious behavior, please report it immediately by:

1. Clicking the “Report” button on the user’s profile or conversation window.
2. Filling out the report form with as much detail as possible.

How do I unsubscribe?

To unsubscribe from Wine Country Dates emails or notifications:

1. Go to “Settings” in your account.
2. Navigate to the “Notifications” tab.
3. Uncheck the boxes next to the notifications you no longer wish to receive.
4. Save your changes.

How do I delete my account?

We’re sad to see you go! To delete your account:

1. Go to “Settings.”
2. Scroll down to find the “Delete My Account” option.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm account deletion.

Please note that deleting your account is irreversible, and all your data will be permanently removed from the system.

How do I change my profile?

Customizing your profile is simple:

1. Navigate to “My Profile.”
2. Click on “Edit Profile.”
3. Modify your details, upload new photos, or update your interests.
4. Save your changes to update your profile.

I forgot my password. How do I restore it?

If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
